It may be bizarre but these weight loss diet tricks may actually help you.

1.       Sniff you fruit.

According to Dr. Alan R. Hirsch of the Smell & Taste Treatment and Research Foundation in Chicago, smelling your food will make you less hungry and will lead to weight loss.

2.       During breakfast, eat bigger.

You may read it a couple of times and seems a cliché but according to a study conducted, you can shed pounds by eating bigger in breakfast and lesser on dinner.

3.        Tie a ribbon around your waist.

Few French women wear a ribbon around their waist underneath their clothes in order to be conscious about their tummy when eating.

4.       Face a mirror while eating.

Having a reflection of what you are eating will make you conscious and reflect on eating slower and lighter.

5.       Bluer than blue.

There is an explanation why fast food chains do not design their place with something blue because researchers found out that people will eat 33 percent less in a blue room. It reportedly makes food less appetizing.
