Li Lang Holy Mountain dates back to the mid-19th century, when the church purchased Anmoling Mountain from Li Lang to serve as a sacred burial ground for deceased Christians. Covering approximately 84 mu (about 13.86 acres), the mountain is home to more than 200 Christian graves, including those of over 20 foreign missionaries. The earliest recorded missionary buried there was Hilda Nacel in 1898, while the most recent was Karl Zwissler, a Basel Mission missionary who arrived in China in 1901 and passed away in 1923. This photo collection highlights the historic significance of this revered site.
