Fidel Castro, Former political leader of Cuba, governing Cuba from 1959 to 1976, has died at 90.
His death was announced Friday on Cuban State Televation by his brother and the nation’s President, Rual Castro.
Becoming a tower international figure, Fidel is one of the world’s longest-serving and most iconic leaders, except Queen Elizabeth II.
