In his homily on March 22nd, Pope Francis said that God always remains faithful and loving to His children, despite the sins and idolatry they are committing.
"The faithful God cannot disavow himself, cannot disavow us, cannot deny his love, cannot deny his people, he cannot because he loves us," the pope said.
The pope added that God's love is like "visceral" as a mother's love for her child; a bond that will not be forgotten.
He also mentioned the celebration of Mother's Day in Argentina as this expressed the connection of giving forget-me-not flowers to mothers.
"This is God's love, like mom's. God doesn't forget us. Never. He can't; he is faithful to his covenant," he said.
Despite all the sins, God will never forget you because He has the visceral love, the pope further said.
The pope also remind the people about going to the confession.
"Please, let's not think that we are going to the dry cleaners to get a stain out. No. We are going to receive the loving embrace of this faithful God who always waits for us. Always," Pope Francis said.
