Many Christians steadily refuse bribe because they know it is a sin against God. For they know it is better to sin against men than against God, and it is better for them to be wounded than to lack the glory of God.

Under the protection of massive Roman officers, Paul could escape from the hands of the Jews. Finally, under the escort of the Roman officers, Paul arrived safely in the city of Rome, where he testified the Lord.

Though everyone tried to persuade Paul, he was still unwaveringly obedient to the Holy Spirit and went to Jerusalem. So he could testify before the ruler and King Agrippa and went to Rome to preach the gospel.

Although Paul was finally martyred, he could face Christ without fear. Because he had fulfilled the mission entrusted by Christ, and was not ashamed of the position which he was qualified
