On April 6,a charity alliance program 'Together for good' was launched by Alibaba, the Amity Foundation, China Foundation for Poverty Alleviation and the China Charities Aid Foundation for Children.

According to Amity, the program aims to  provide resources for excellent charitable projects and increase chances for netizens to participate in charity through cooperation in the Internet charity mode.

Under the working pattern,  the three foundations including Amity can receive charitable projects reported by charitable organizations and arrange the review body to evaluate those projects that meet the requirements.

The charitable organizations whose projects are approved will be invested by third-party supervision institutions designated by Alibaba, if passed, they can enter into chairty platforms to start fundraising.

Qiu Zhonghui, the secretary of the Amity Foundation, says that starting from 2007, the cooperation with Alibaba has turned to be "Pulic Ali 2.0" Program, after previously two stage of online donation and experiential charity interaction. Amity will share the experience in projects, finance, fundraising and institution management with other charitable partners with the blessing of the alliance program.

It is reported by China Philanthropy Times that 270 million people joined in charity via the products provided by Alibaba and donated 190 million RMB in total.
