YMCA of Hangzhou from Zhejiang and Taizhong from Taiwan together hold a 5-day summer camp for left-behind children in Lin An city.
Totally 85 primary school students coming from 5 primary schools participate this camp. Activities included are: ice-breaking games, traditional characteristic project communication, psychological counseling and art teaching.
The said camp is also approved by the local National Administration for Religious Affairs.
The project for left-behind children of YMCA officially launched in 2006,aiming to promote the cross-strait communication among the youth, besides serving the left-behind rural children.
