Since March 27, 2018, the Guangzhou YWCA has been posting a series of children's sex education cartoons on its WeChat account to help parents spread correct sex education to their children.
The serial videos titled "The Growing Stories of Dingding and Doudou" were co-made by the Guangzhou YWCA and Guangdong Rural Women Development Foundation.
Targeting children whose ages vary from infant to 15, the cartoons consist of six short episodes covering how babies are born, bodies of boys and girls, self-protection, adolescence, and sex education.
The courses are aimed at helping children know the origin of life and pregnancy and guide them to love their life.
