On Oct. 4, the Group "Good Samaritans" set up by the college fellowship of Hangzhou Xiashan Panshi(Rock) Church, held an activity the first time, providing the service such as praying for others, adjusting the volume of the ringing tones on cellphones, counseling for the schedule of Church activities and bus routes, downloading electronic information on cellphones, to serve others instead of being served.

Among these services, the most popular one is helping Christians download the hymns for Sunday worship. The elderly Christians asked the group for help, assisting them to turn cell phones to silent, connect wifi, download bible applications. Many Christians wanted help, while it seems that the group was short of hands.

While providing service, "Good Samaritans" received a gift---some freshmen became intertrested in this and wanted to take part in.

The students who took part in service said, the things which seems easy for them are hard for some elderly people, but their simple actions exchanged the elder's smiles.
