A pipe organ concert was held in Kunming Trinity International Church to celebrate the 1st anniversary of the English worship founding anniversary in both Chinese and English on July 10.

Dr. John G. Friesen and Kara Stuckey, a violin player from US and a Christian associate professor from Yunnan Vocational College of Culture & Art, performed famous classic songs for the event. The English choir and Sunday school children also sang the English songs Jesus Loves Me and Follow on.

Rev. Jing Weijiu shared in the introduction that the church started the English Worship that enables Christian English lovers, community members and foreigners to worship God in English on July 10, 2015.

In addition, the church has an English fellowship founded after 1984 and it was the first national registered English Bible fellowship. Formerly an English Bible study group, the fellowship has more than 100 members and lead by a pastor.

Currently, it carries on the following ministry: to provide simultaneous interpretation to serve foreign believers during the second Sunday service; to translate the brief church magazine "Living Water" into English and distribute about 20 pieces to foreign members and to train church co-workers for the need of service. For instance, it trained the reception team to learn daily English conversations in 2011.

Activities including English Bible study, English hymns, prayer, communication and interview, performance are also held in the fellowship, attracting more foreign believers and English lovers to join in it.
