On Dec 29, 2016, Emmanuel Church in Harbin, Heilongjiang, carried out an activity to extend their love to sanitation workers. Li Hongri, senior pastor of the church, led all the pastoral fellow workers and welcomed over 100 front-line sanitation workers. They gave them their love with carefully prepared lunches and gave an exquisite gift to each one of them.
The workers said that the love campaign of the church touched them deeply and made them feel warm. They were also glad that their work was recognized by the society. In the future, they would be more dedicated to maintain the environment of the city to repay the love from the community.
