Pastor Zhang Keyun, the dean of Jiangsu Theological Seminary, gave a lecture for the teachers and students entitled "Issues with Unregistered Private Fellowships."

He introduced three aspects of regarding the background information on administering unregistered Christian private fellowships and talked about the basic thoughts on the issue covering five points. He also stated six basic thoughts on this issue from a legal, church management, theological, and other perspectives.

Besides, the lecture discussed the principles and measures for administering unregistered fellowships.

According to the official website of the Jiangsu Theological Seminary, the three aspects of background information on administering unregistered Christian fellowships, as introduced in the first section of the lecture, were (1) realizing the strategy of the governing country by law, (2) the National Conference on religious work, and (3) the new stage of Christian development.

The basic five points of thought regarding unregistered Christian fellowships include current situation, main reason, possible danger, importance of administering the fellowships, and the four misunderstandings on the issue.

In addition to the six basic agreements on the issue, the pastor also gave three principles and six measures for administering unregistered fellowships. He asked everyone to respect regularity, gain support of the people, make a difference and  implement this issue into administration, and hold the bottom line to promote harmony.
