Famous saying says "Action speaks louder than words." So is love can be seen through actions?
Bible has his own definition of what true love is:
1 Corinthians 13:4-8
"Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. Love never fails. But where there are prophecies, they will cease; where there are tongues, they will be stilled; where there is knowledge, it will pass away."
But how do you know you are truly loved?
Some people say that when I person starts to care for you he/she loves you. When a person see to it that you will be the priority and gives you the advantage above all else, then he/she might love you. These things mentioned are all actions.
Before we can tell we love and being loved by others, how will we measure it? By their actions. If they give you the best despite them having the worst then that is love. When they give you praises and gives you food and drink and shows you more than a true family is, even if you are not related then that is love.
Then here comes what's written in the Bible, you will know if those actions are true love if they show start showing the things for you with those characteristics.
