A free clinic was held in a church of Dianshanhu Town, Kunshan, Jiangsu, reaching 129 people on May 13, 2017.
A team of seventeen doctors and nurses from a local hospital provided consultation services and treatment covering internal medicine, surgery, orthopaedics and traumatology, radiology and physiotherapy. Medicine was also freely distributed to the patients.
The clinic was initiated by the Kunshan Shang'ai Public Welfare Service Center of Dianshanhu, which was established by the church in Kunshan in 2016 as a featured brand on social service. "We will build a strong service team and cultivate a batch of outstanding volunteers to make more contributions to society in the aspects like elderly service, assisting the disabled and environmental care."according to the church in Kunshan.
