On July 9, 2017, Luojiazhai Church celebrated its 40th Anniversary of Foundation and dedicated a new church in Longchang Town, Nayong County, Guizhou.
Before the first church was founded in July 1977, the believers went to a church in another fence about ten kilometers away. It was inconvenient for elderly believers to go there, so a church building with a wall and an area of around 70 square meters (0.0173 acres) was completed in December 1985. There were 24 believers.
In the spring of 2003, the dilapidated building was rebuilt as a brick church with a construction area of 165 square meters (0.0408 acres). The congregation reached 104 members. Elder Luo Feiyang of the church led the believers to plant ramie and engage in batik and embroidery businesses to support themselves. This led to their becoming rich.
After a two-year preparation, the new church construction was started in August 2016 and completed in July 2017. Costing over one million yuan, the construction consists of a church covering an area of 300 square meters (0.0741 acres) and other facilities including a culture company, offices, and a canteen.
