On January 13, 2018, the clothing ministry of Chongqing Holy Love Church distributed 100 warm garments to locals in need.
The clothes included thermal underwear and pants for adults and children, donated by the church's congregation.
A non-Christian villager who received free clothes said, "Thanks for the Lord's love. The thermal underwear and pants eased our family's financial burdens. "
Founded in March 2017, the church's charity ministry hands out clothes to people in need on Thursdays. It has distributed over 2,000 garments. The ministry plans to reach people living in villages and fairs around Chongqing in 2018.
