On August 15, 2018, a club for cancer patients initiated by Kunshan Church held a sharing saloon in a studio.

At least 35 volunteers and cancer victims attended the activity, including four patients who shared how they struggled with cancer.

Aunt Wang was diagnosed with lung cancer and breast cancer in the same year. Suffering from chemotherapy pains, she, encouraged and cared by her family and friends, finally recovered from her illness.

Another woman who was found to have a gynecologic malignant tumor in 2012 and went through six torturous courses of chemotherapy. She was grateful for her husband's daily care and company. Now she was getting better.

The third speaker was a man who suffered from intestine cancer since he was diagnosed in 2002. Having no medical insurance, Mr Lu felt worried for the high expense for chemotherapy. Knowing his dilemma, his boss promised to pay all the costs and voluntarily chauffeured him from and to the hospital. Praising his boss' kindness, Lu confessed that he was the luckiest and happiest man in the world.

Mrs Chen was attacked by nasal cancer and pancreas recurrences during the treatment process. Thanks to her relatives and friends' care and doctor, she was saved from death several times. Therefore, she specially cherished life, affection, and friendship.
