From June 23 to 24, Fujian Theological College held its first online closing ceremony in the history of the college.
Twenty-two students from the Extension Department of Fujian Theological College officially graduated, and 18 undergraduates and 32 college graduates of the 2020 class completed their studies successfully, according to CCC&TSPM.
In response to the pandemic, the college originally planned to postpone the graduation ceremony to September this year.
President Rev. Yue Qinghua said that this year's graduates studied diligently and successfully completed their studies. All the students in this year's undergraduate graduation class participated in compiling a work entitled, "Selected Readings of the Original Work of Christianization in China." The Religious Culture Press is also planning to publish a compilation of some outstanding graduate papers.
He said that students of all grades devoted themselves to the church pastoral work and entered the internship period ahead of schedule. All the students gained valuable experience in properly guiding and pastoring brothers and sisters during the pandemic.
