Passing the acceptance criteria for reopening, Zhongnan Theological Seminary opened on September 6.
In the following two days, the seminary held a retreat for students and faculty staff who were all seated at a social distance with masks.
During the training, Rev. Ren Chang’en shared a sermon based on 2 Samuel 5:1-4 with the title of A Beautiful and Successful Life, encouraging attendees to rely on the power of God to live a victorious life. To have a beautiful and successful life, we should accept the anointing of God’s servant and go through the attack of enemies, and trials of various circumstances, he added.
The seminary adopted closed management and demanded students not to leave the school unless necessary. In addition to no travel history in high-risk areas within 14 days, students should show their travel itinerary cards, green health codes, negative nucleic acid test certificates (within 48 hours before the registration date) and sign safety commitment letters and itinerary tracking record forms.
