Jiangxi Bible School, Shandong Theological Seminary, and a church in Jiangsu held autumn sports meets.
Jiangxi Bible School hosted an autumn fun sports meeting in the school playground on November 11. There were broadcast gymnastics, tug-of-war, badminton, table tennis, fixed-point shooting, chess, rope skipping, multi-person rope skipping, shuttlecock kicking, plank support, and push-ups. The competitions were arranged to be held simultaneously in the school square, basketball court, table tennis room, and physical exercise room, according to Jiangxi CC&TSPM.
Shandong Theological Seminary held the autumn sports meeting, and the programs included turtle speed bicycles, single-leg trains, and big rope skipping, all of which were team competitions.
Jiangsu Shishan Church held a fun sports meeting on November 5, including dragons fetching water (with the help of teammates, no part of the body can touch the ground, and the water bottles outside the boundary line should be scooped up in the shortest time), Suzhou CC&TSPM reported. The programs also covered tug-of-war, shiatsu board rope skipping, and “the circle of love" (passing the cloth strips wrapped around the body to the next team member in the shortest time without using hands). Rev Gong Kun gave a short sermon titled "All May Go Well". Liu Zhiguo, the acting senior pastor of Shishan Church, presented prizes to the award-winning staff and offered a prayer for blessings.
