A gathering point in Guangdong, southern China, celebrated the completion of its newly built building.
Zhangmutou Gathering Point in Dongguan held a dedication service and ceremony to commemorate the occasion on June 10, according to Guangdong CC&TSPM.
During the ceremony, Rev. Lei Yuming, executive vice president of the Guangdong Christian Council, commended Zhangmutou Gathering Point and encouraged it to continue with its development, which could contribute to the betterment of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area (GBA).
Additionally, Rev. Ma Xionghua, president of the Dongguan Christian Council, presented the history of the gathering point and urged those in attendance to remain united with other groups, carry out missions, and fulfill the work of the Lord.
Rev. Xu Jieping, dean of Guangdong Union Theological Seminary, preached a sermon with the title “Well Able to Overcome It,” inciting believers to take responsibility promptly and become conquerors by the grace of the Lord.
