Fujian Churches Examine 47 Pastoral Candidates

The Fujian Provincial Church Governance Committee held the 2024 (spring) clergyman examination.

On March 20, 47 pastoral staff from registerd churches across the Fujian Province took the examination at the Fujian Theological Seminary, said the provincial CC&TSPM.

As a closed-book exam, the items assessed included biblical knowledge, theological doctrines, pastoral practice, church history, current events and regulations, the construction of theological thought, and the sinicization of Christianity. The test questions aimed to evaluate candidates' comprehension of key theological concepts as well as their understanding of conducting pastoral work effectively.
