A meeting point in Beijing rolled out a special anti-cult lecture, titled "Sharpen Your Eyesight, Stay Away from Cults."
Miyun Central Gathering Site invited Zhang Zirui, an expert from the Beijing Anti-Cult Association, to deliver the lecture on November 10, reported Beijing CC&TSPM. Zhang explained the forms and characteristics of cult organizations, the dangers they pose, and the measures that should be taken to prevent and resist them. The lecture aimed to further enhance the awareness and ability of the congregants to identify and resist cult organizations.
In the closing remarks, Fu Baoli, senior pastor of the gathering site, emphasized that preventing cult influence is not just a personal responsibility but a shared responsibility of society. He added that the meeting point would collaborate with relevant departments to make its due contribution to resisting cult activities.
