Christmas has traditionally been a period of the year when churches in China are busy with various activities, with quite a few churches referring to December as the "Christmas month."
Chongwenmen Church in Beijing recently announced its 2024 Christmas month event schedule through its official WeChat account.
According to the church, the Christmas month activities at Chongwenmen Church will begin on December 13 and conclude with the New Year's Praise Meeting on December 31. The schedule includes various events, such as a "Classical and Folk" two-tone cello orchestra duet concert, multiple Christmas thanksgiving gatherings, sacred music worship services on Christmas Eve and Christmas, and retreats. Special celebrations will also be organized for volunteer families and workplace fellowship.
Concluding the festivities, a "You Inspire Me" New Year's Praise Meeting will convene on December 31 evening.
