On November 15, the Liaobu Christian Activity Site in Dongguan, Guangdong, held a ceremony marking the completion and dedication of its new construction. More than 100 participants attended, including leaders from the municipal CC&TSPM, pastors and ministry workers from churches and meeting points across the city, as well as representatives of the congregation.
According to Dongguan CC&TSPM, the congregation traces its roots back to the 1980s. Since its official establishment in 2020, it has remained committed to upholding the Christian faith and advancing the gospel.
During the dedication service, Rev. Ma Xionghua, chairperson of Dongguan TSPM, encouraged the believers to continue sharing the gospel, nurturing disciples, and serving the community, embodying their faith as "light and salt."
In his sermon titled "Desolation No Longer, Glory Will Be Shown," Rev. Lu Hanqu, supervisor of the municipal CC&TSPM, cited passages from the Book of Haggai to illuminate the essence of church renewal. He urged congregants to remain united, offer themselves willingly, and work together to build a church that manifests the glory of God.
