On November 12, 2019, a delegation from the United Bible Societies (UBS) visited the office of the China Christian Council & Three - Self Patriotic Movement (CCC&TSPM) after having attended the celebration of the printing of 200 million Bibles held by the Amity Printing Company (APC) the day before.

According to CCC&TSPM, the team was comprised of the leaders from the UBS and its branches in different countries. UBS Director General, Mr. Michael Perreau, said he was delighted to see the Bibles and the precious story material exhibited by the APC. About 300 copies of Bibles were on display there, including important Catholic Bibles since the late Ming Dynasty and Protestant Bibles. He hoped that similar exhibitions would be held in China's provinces.

The director introduced the Bible Societies in other countries and the upcoming activities in 2020 for the "Global Year of the Bible".

The Chinese side answered questions regarding new delvelopments in the Chinese church, pastoral staff, theological education, electronic products in the church, the distribution of a braille Bible, and the sign language service for disabled Christians.

Both sides expect more exchanges and communication to strengthen friendship and cooperation.
