On December 21, 2019, Dalian Xishan Gospel Church in Liaoning province held a Christmas praise and worship service for the elderly.

Rev. Wu Bing, the church's senior pastor and vice-chairman of Dalian Three-Self Patriotic Movement (TSPM), said that the church hosts a Christmas celebration for senior members over 75 every year.

This year he preached a message which centered on the "five fruit". Six elderly believers who are all above 90 years old cut the special Christmas cake together with the pastor and won applause from the audience.

Performances including singing, biblical dramas, and choreographed dances were presented by the choir, the family ministry group, and youth ministry group.

In addition, each believer older than 75 years of age received a small gift.
