A church in south China’s Guangdong Province said it will roll out a series of Bible study courses to train disciples.

Last Sunday, Guangxiao Church in Guangzhou released a notice, saying it is recruiting 18 believers to attend the second discipleship course which will be held every Monday evening in the second half of 2022. The 34-week systematic course includes the study of the Old Testament and the New Testament, the identification of church members’ gifts and suitable leadership roles, as well as a communion service and commission service.

Students are required to pay a study fee to purchase the textbooks and learn the course stably to meet the attendance requirements.

A sharing session of the first discipleship course conducted in 2021 was held in the noon Sunday service on the same day.
