Shanghai Christian Council ordained four clergymen.
An ordination service was held in Grace Church in Jingan District on December 2, according to Shanghai CC&TSPM.
Rev. Geng Weizhong, president of Shanghai Christian Council moderated the service. Rev. Yang Yulan, vice general secretary of Shanghai CC&TSPM gave a sermon entitled "Paul's Exhortation". Shanghai Pastoral Choir sang a hymn for the service.
Newly ordained pastors were Wu Libin (female) and Wang Jun. Newly ordained elders were Wu Xiafang (female) and Sun Ming.
It was followed by a symposium to welcome the newly ordained staff. Rev. Geng congratulated and exhorted them, hoping that they would excel in faith, love, and knowledge and give spiritual food at the proper time.
