Bible Schools and Seminaries Across China Welcome New Students

Bible schools and seminaries across China have recently started their new academic semester, welcoming new and returning students. Several institutions, including Guizhou Bible School, Guangdong Union Theological Seminary, Anhui Theological Seminary, Shaanxi Bible School, Jiangsu Theological Seminary, and Nanjing Union Theological Seminary, held opening ceremonies to mark the occasion. Leaders and pastors encouraged students to pursue both academic excellence and spiritual growth, emphasizing themes such as discipline, godliness, service, and personal breakthroughs in faith.

Suk Yi Pang Challenges: Can We Develop a New Sense of How We Encounter 'Otherness?'

Suk Yi Pang, a commissioner with the World Council of Churches Commission on Ecumenical Education and Formation, is from the Hong Kong Council of the Church of Christ in China. In a video interview, she reflects on forming the next generation of ecumenical leaders. The commission met at Yonsei University in Seoul, South Korea, in June.
