To make the elderly care service work more professional and standardized, training courses were conducted for persons in charge of faith-based senior care centers in Zhejiang Province.
Sponsored by CCC&TSPM, the training program was undertaken by ZhejiangCC&TSPM at the Xinqiao Hotel in Hangzhou from November 7 to November 10, with above 50 deans and heads of Christian elderly care institutions participating in, according to the Social Service Department of CCC&TSPM.
During the four-day training, experts gave seven special lectures, interpreting basic requirements, management requirements, safety risk assessment, and prevention service in the national standards of the "Basic Specification of Service Safety for Senior Care Organization", "Basic Specifications for Service Quality of Elderly Care Institutions" and "Guidelines for Inspection of Nursing Home Service Quality in China".
By explaining the key points of the standards, they helped trainees themselves familiarize with the standards and improve their ability to implement these standards.
After passing the written examination, the trainees were awarded certificates of completion.
