On April 28, 2018, the Amity Foundation and the Changzhou CCC&TSPM of Jiangsu established a joint fund in Changzhou, Jiangsu.
Since 2016, the Changzhou CCC&TSPM pushed to set up a charity fund. The fund was also listed as a "social service brand" project of ethnic minorities and religious people in Changzhou.
Qiu Zhonghui, Amity's general-secretary, and Rev. Liang Huaping, chairman of the Changzhou TSPM, signed the fund contract.
After the signing ceremony, the fund's first administration committee was held.
