To strengthen governance and enhance the systematization, standardization, and professionalism of church operations, Guangzhou CC&TSPM has recently promoted the compilation of the Manual for the Implementation of Routine Ministries in Guangzhou.
According to the Guangdong Provincial CC&TSPM, a dedicated working meeting was convened to approve the manual's work plan. The plan addresses multiple aspects of system revision, including the division of responsibilities, timelines, centralized coordination, timely follow-up, and dynamic adjustments.
Following this, a working group was formed, led by Rev. Guo Yun, chairperson of Guangzhou TSPM, as chief editor. Members were selected from various departments based on their extensive ministry experience, professional expertise, and strong writing skills.
Drawing on national, provincial, and municipal religious policies and regulations, as well as church rules and practical ministry experience, the group drafted an outline covering ten key areas. The manual specifies the institutional framework, overall requirements, and implementation procedures for personnel, financial, meeting, and administrative management, and other aspects of daily church operations.
