The compilation of the state-compiled textbook for theological seminaries, Introduction to Chinese Christian Ethics, continued at the Guangdong Union Theological Seminary.

Starting on March 3, 11 members of the textbook compilation working group focused on writing this book for a week at the seminary located in Guangzhou, Guang Province, while making use of the seminary's library resources, said CCC&TSPM.

On the same day, Rev. Lin Manhong, vice president and executive associate general secretary of the China Christian Council (CCC), first reviewed the progress since its last compilation in February 2024 and instructed the writing project within the week. She points out that the right direction, especially the direction of the sinicization of Christianity, and progressive ethical thoughts should be embodied in the textbook. The attending staff then discussed and further defined the manuscript's requirements and model.
