Bayannur City in Inner Mongolia conducted the first training course after the pandemic.

According to CCC&TSPM, from November 26, 2023, to January 20, 2024, Bayannur Municipal CC&TSPM commenced the 29th training class at the training center of the Urad Front Banner Church with the participation of 73 pastoral staff from one district, two counties, and four banners across the city.

To meet the pastoral needs of rural grassroots churches in Bayannaoer City, this workshop was held for preachers who have served in various churches to nurture reliable young and middle-aged staff and promote the sinicization of Christianity in the city.

Rev. Song Limin delivered a themed sermon at the commencement ceremony, "Forgetting What is Behind and Straining Toward What is Ahead," citing Philippians 3:1–11, with an exhortation to the attendees to be alert and serve without fear of hardship and to do their part in God's churches in Bayannur City following the Apostle Paul.

The trainees said that they not only gained a better understanding of the Bible but also a deeper knowledge of the sinicization of Christianity from the course.
