Five pastoral staff in Jiangxi Province were ordained after qualifications.
According to the host, on March 18, Jiangxi Provincial CC&TSPM held an ordination ceremony at Nancheng County Church in Fuzhou City. Three of the newly ordained were pastors, including Zhang Chenglan (female), and two were associate pastors.
At the ceremony, Rev. Li Yun’gen, chairman of the Jiangxi TSPM, preached on “A Kernel of Wheat,” urging the attendees, the children of God, to be dedicated to the church as a kernel of wheat falls to the ground. He also exhorted that the old selves, pride, and bad temper should die and grow into a new life of humility, selflessness, and holiness through reliance on the Lord Jesus.
