The opening ceremony of the seventh session of literacy courses was conducted by the Huai'an Church in Jiangsu.
At the ceremony on May 7, Senior Pastor Ni Jinli of the church reviewed the history and achievements of the church's literacy classes, expressing that the church would continue to launch these courses to enhance the literacy level and comprehensive quality of believers, said Huai’an CC&TSPM. Finally, Ni hoped all students would abide by the discipline, listen attentively in class, and diligently read the Bible to boost their spiritual growth.
After the ceremony, teachers discussed the curriculum and teaching content. This session of literacy courses will be offered in basic and advanced classes. The basic class will continue to use the serial Christianity Book for Beginning Learners, while the latter will integrate excellent traditional Chinese culture into the lessons for the Bible or other Christian classics curriculum.
