Stream of Praise (SOP) Music Ministries launched their 2024 Asia Tour in June. Starting July 30, they will conduct a three-day intensive worship leader training course in Hong Kong, followed by the 2024 "Revival" Worship Team Summit in August in the city.
From mid-June to early August, the SOP team will tour Johor Bahru and Kuala Lumpur in Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong, and multiple cities in Taiwan, offering worship and praise events.
The intensive training for worship leaders starting July 30 is aimed at worship leaders or believers aspiring to a leadership role. The course content includes the role of the worship leader, setlist design, singing courses, worship-leading techniques, team building, master classes, and in-depth worship sessions.
According to the SOP official website, "If you are looking to break through in leading worship or want to prepare yourself to become an excellent worship leader, you should not miss the worship leader intensive training taught by SOP founder Rev. Sandy Yu with the SOP worship leadership team and worship band."
The classes will be conducted in Mandarin at the City Church International, Hong Kong, totaling eight hours of instruction from July 30 to August 1.
The SOP website also stated that the "Revival" Worship Team Summit on August 4 will be different from regular praise & worship gatherings. The summit is an annual special event gathering worshipers and worship service teams, featuring several worship sessions along with teachings and sharing.
Additionally, there will be a Hong Kong Summer Children’s Worship Conference on August 1 and two praise & worship festivals on August 3.
