A church choir in Guangdong Province held a retreat to celebrate the second anniversary of its establishment.
On August 10, the Zion Church in Guangzhou organized a celebration themed “Care One Another, Serve in One Mind,” where Rev. Huang Zhengqi was invited to give an exhortation, said the church.
Pastor Huang appreciated the choir’s dedication and encouraged the members to improve their singing skills, deepen their faith, and foster a team spirit of unity.
During the retreat, the choir members interacted with each other through icebreaker games and shared their faith journeys. Moreover, recognition was granted with the "Little Bee Award" to the most diligent member and the "Little Skylark Award" to the one who sang the most.
This is a special praise team composed of women from 20 to 70 years old, taking responsibility for Sunday worship and performing during church festivals.
