This week, Beijing Chongwenmen Church announced the official launch of its 2025 interview program, "The Truth," set to premiere on March 8.

According to the church, "The Truth" aims to deepen believers' understanding by exploring current social issues through the lens of Christian faith. The program seeks to help believers gain a more profound insight into the essence of faith, thereby learning to integrate it into their daily lives and using it as a guiding principle to continually exemplify their beliefs.

Beijing Chongwenmen Church introduces on its official website that originally established in 1870, it was the first church built by the American Methodist Episcopal Church in Beijing and across northern China. It was named Asbury Church in honor of Bishop Asbury. Initially modest in size, the church was rebuilt in 1880 to accommodate a growing congregation, with the new building completed in 1882. In 1902, the Qing government funded another reconstruction, which was completed in the spring of 1904. This historic building has stood for over a century.
