The 2025 Annual Congress of Members and the Fifth Session of the Third Council Meeting of the China NGO Network for International Exchanges (CNIE) took place in Beijing on July 15.

According to the Amity Foundation, Ling Chunxiang, its vice chairperson and general secretary, participated in the meeting as a CNIE member representative. During the Council Meeting, the Amity Foundation was appointed as the vice chair of CNIE's newly established specialized committee on public welfare and philanthropy.

The gathering reviewed and reflected on CNIE's development and achievements over the past two decades. Xiao Jie was elected as the new president of the CNIE. The assembly also approved the appointments of a new secretary-general and legal representative and restructured its council and member organizations.
