On Tuesday and Wednesday, Guangdong Provincial CC&TSPM and Guangzhou Municipal CC&TSPM went to Woshui Town, Liannan Yao Autonomous County, Qingyuan City together to hold tree planting activity for charity and donation activity to help rural revitalization.
According to Guangdong Provincial CC&TSPM, during the voluntary tree planting activity on the afternoon of Tuesday, March 11, everyone worked together to shovel soil, support seedlings, cultivate soil, and fetch water for irrigation.
At the donation ceremony held that evening, Guangdong Provincial CC&TSPM and Guangzhou CC&TSPM signed donation agreements with the Liannan Yao Autonomous County Charity Association respectively, making targeted donations totaling RMB 200,000, which will be used specifically to support the rural revitalization project in Woshui Town.
Rev. Guo Yun, chairman of Guangdong Provincial TSPM, pointed out that in the future, Guangdong Provincial CC&TSPM will continue to cooperate with local governments to guide churchgoers to actively participate in the construction of ecological civilization.
