On April 7, the Trinity International Church in Kunming, Yunnan Province, held a thanksgiving meeting to celebrate the completion of the one-year Bible reading journey, with 130 fellowship members in attendance.
During the event, Rev. Li Min, the church's deputy director, encouraged members of the Bible Reading Fellowship to approach Bible reading with greater persistence and attention to detail, emphasizing the importance of strengthening their spiritual foundations through Scripture, glorifying God, and serving others in their actions.
Rev. Yu Jincai, the church staff member overseeing the fellowship, summarized the group's gatherings and devotionals over the past year and outlined the plans for the upcoming phase of Bible reading and related activities.
Representatives from ten fellowship groups then shared the spiritual impact of their year-long Bible reading experience, reflecting on the personal transformations it sparked and their thoughts throughout the process.
Finally, each member of the fellowship was presented with a souvenir.
The church's Bible Reading Fellowship aims to encourage believers to read through the Bible annually, fostering daily Bible reading. The fellowship gathers weekly for discussions, with the pastor providing a summary. It is announced that the next annual Bible reading will begin on May 11, 2025, with an open invitation for believers to participate.
