On May 18, four churches in Nanshan District, Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, jointly organized a blood donation event.
According to Guangdong CC&TSPM, the event brought together over 40 members from Nanshan Church, Qiaocheng Church, Meinian Church, and Baishizhou Church, including both young people and energetic elderly individuals nearing the age of 60. A total of 12,900 milliliters of blood was donated.
The Shenzhen Blood Center issued letters of appreciation to the participating churches. A representative from the district's Ethnic and Religious Affairs Bureau noted that the event exemplifies how religion is integrating into socialist society and reflects the spirit of love within the Christian community.
