Board members of the Foundation for Theological Education in Southeast Asia (FTESEA) visited East China Theological Seminary in Shanghai.

President Xie Bingguo on May 8 introduced the development of the seminary in recent years, according to the seminary. Topics included sacred music education, the sinicization of Christianity, and talent training programs. During the seminar, visitors inquired about the enrollment numbers, student graduation destinations, and challenges encountered by the seminary during the past three years’ epidemic. The president and faculty provided answers to their questions.

To welcome their guests, students from the sacred music department of the school performed two hymns.  Xie presented gifts to guests and showed them around the college auditorium and library, among other areas.
