South Korean actor Song Joong Ki seems following Lee Min Ho's footsteps but looks like the "Descendants of the Sun" actor appear to be faring way better.
According to China Internet Information Center (CIIC) revealed Song Joong Ki received tremendous amount of money for his endorsement deals in the country. With that, it means that the "Descendants of the Sun" actor is getting more endorsement projects than the "Boys Over Flowers" heartthrob.
According to a report by Yibada, Song Joong Ki is earning $2.46 million for just a six-month contract period which is also reportedly much higher than what Lee Min Ho makes. Furthermore, the report says the Song is very capable in earning $53 million.
It is known that several advertising agencies and products have signed up Song as their brand ambassador after the massive success of his romance military drama"Descendants of the Sun".
An official from his agency, Blossom Entertainment, humbly admitted that the actor is receiving lots of local and global CFs.
"There are many articles making a guesswork on Song Joong Ki's pay, but we can't give you the exact amount," a representative from Blossom Entertainment told Sports Chosun, as reported by All K-pop.
"But it is true that he is receiving many offers from global brands both domestically and internationally," the official added.
