Backbone staff with original denominational backgrounds received a follow-up survey after receiving a training workshop.

Since 2021, Hunan Provincial CC&TSPM has conducted four sessions of “First Training Class for Backbone Staff in Chang-Zhu-Tan City Cluster" (the Chang-Zhu-Tan city cluster includes Changsha, Zhuzhou, and Xiangtan cities), addressing issues of different Christian denominations integrating with society, reported Changsha Municipal CC&TSPM.

From November 8 to 9, to learn about the development of the churches with original denominational backgrounds and enhance the effect of training, Rev. Huang Kegang, chairman of Changsha CC&TSPM, along with a delegation, conducted a follow-up visit and survey on the trainees in Chang-Zhu-Tan city cluster.

Taking the form of symposiums, the follow-up survey took place in four churches (including one meeting point) in Changsha City, Zhuzhou City, Liling City, and Xiangtan City.

Trainees communicated with Chairman Huang about the challenges and problems they encountered in serving. Huang answered and suggested based on his experience and insights on faith, service, and work. He also encouraged them to be diligent in their study with the application of knowledge and insights into practice and to explore new paths under the continuous development of Christianity.
