The introduction says that the new song is a love letter from God to the world, in which He tells of His love and mercy.
It continues, "No matter whether we are happy or sad, in the best of circumstances or at the bottom of life, the greatest blessing is that He continues to tell us, "Don't be afraid, I am here."
