The Christian volunteer team in Pingxiang city, Jiangxi province, organized an event focused on AIDS prevention and education to help students improve their understanding of AIDS prevention and promote the healthy concept toward sex.
According to the Jiangxi Provincial CC&TSPM, the team conducted the event at Pingxiang city Anyuan District Vocational Secondary School on October 24, including classroom lectures, informational board displays, leaflet distribution, and a health knowledge questionnaire survey to educate students about AIDS transmission routes, clinical symptoms, prevention, and treatment measures, as well as voluntary consultation and testing.
During the event, over 500 leaflets, more than 300 eco-friendly bags, and over 300 boxes of promotional tissues were distributed, and more than 100 health knowledge questionnaires were completed.
The Pingxiang Christian volunteer team has been conducting AIDS awareness and education activities at the school for three consecutive years. This event is held annually, shortly after the enrollment of new students
