A millennial choir of Zion Church in Guangzhou, Guangdong, held a retreat to celebrate its first anniversary, inspiring members to serve with greater dedication and pursue spiritual growth.
On October 7, the Green Olive Choir of the Sacred Music Department of Zion Church organized the first anniversary gathering and an annual birthday party, with all 24 choir members participating.
The choir conducted a series of devotional activities under the theme "Starting a New Life, Reshaping New Relationships," encouraging members to serve with greater dedication and lead vibrant faith lives to inspire and influence more young people.
The Green Olive Choir, established last June, is Zion Church's first youth choir for believers of the post-90s generation. The choir's songs often feature foreign languages and upbeat styles. Since its establishment, the choir has served in rotational worship during Sunday services with active participation in various large-scale sacred music gatherings.
